Shrine to hold 127th Annual Novena to St. Anne July 18-26

FISKDALE, Mass. – St. Anne Shrine, 16 Church St., here, will hold its 127th Novena to St. Anne from Friday, July 18 to Saturday, July 26.

With the theme, “Gather us in as a Family,” the liturgies will feature a variety of speakers and music ministries, including African, Asian and Latin American, among others.

Worcester, Mass., Bishop Emeritus Daniel P. Reilly will celebrate the opening Mass of the novena on July 18 at 7 p.m. in the shrine’s outdoor pavilion.

From July 18 to 25, the daily schedule will include confessions at 6 p.m. at St. Anne Church; a rosary procession at 6:30 p.m.; and a 7 p.m. novena Mass in the outdoor pavilion.

On Saturday, July 26, a Mass and anointing service will be held in the outdoor pavilion at 11 a.m.; a tour of the shrine will be offered at 2 p.m.; confessions will available at 6 p.m. in the church, followed by a rosary procession to the outdoor pavilion. The closing Mass will be celebrated at the outdoor pavilion at 7 p.m.
